谈景旺，主任医师，301医院博士后，硕士导师，2011年特招调入解放军301医院肝胆外科，现于301医院 附属医院肝胆外科挂职，曾任肝胆胰外科科主任，微创外科科主任8年。 “国家卫生部普外科腹腔镜培训基地”主任， “国家卫生部普外科腹腔镜镜考评专家”，省外科学会委员。长期致力于复杂肝胆胰外科疾病根治性手术，先后师从国际著名肝胆外科专家吴孟超院士、董家鸿院士（美国、法国外科学院院士）、Abraham Czerniak 教授，可施行肝、胆、胰、脾等疾病的任何复杂的开放及微创手术，成功救治了多位被认为“无法切除”的肝脏巨大肿瘤、胰腺肿瘤、肝门胆管癌、胆囊癌、后腹膜巨大肿瘤及多次术后肝内胆管结石病人，并获得长期生存。近年来在国内首先开展微创技术治疗肝硬化门静脉高压出血、顽固性腹水，使门静脉高压得到合理的纠正而免于开刀之苦。是国内外开展“联合肝切除+胰十二指肠切除术”例数 多外科医师之一，是极少数可行肝移植、各种复杂肝胆胰手术，同时还可开展各种“肝胆胰微创手术”及普外科各种微创手术的外科医师之一，是国内、外少数可常规开展腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术、肝移植联合胰十二指肠切除术、腹腔镜下巨脾切除、巨大肝血管瘤切除外科医师之一，受到国内外前辈的高度肯定。 2009年获“中国内镜杰出青年医师奖”。获省部级科技奖三项，（两项第二作者，一项第6作者），三等奖1项（第1作者）。发表论文120余篇，其中SCI收录近30篇，待发表SCI文章近20篇，已造成一定的学术影响，被世界著名外科杂志British Journal of Surgery ( BJS, 英格兰外科杂志)邀请撰写专稿， World Journalof hepatology（世界肝病杂志）聘为编委。
